How long will a 10ml bottle of oil last in the Ora diffuser?
A 10ml bottle of our essential oil blends will last up to 80 hours in the Ora diffuser when it is on the 15sec atomizing setting. This will vary depending on the type of essential oil and which atomizing setting you use.
Are your essential oils ‘Therapeutic Grade’?
Our oils are sourced from reputable organic and ethical farmers. They are 100% pure and authentic and go through a natural distillation process that kills all impurities. They adhere to strict Australian standards and are blended by an Australian Certified Naturopath. However, in saying this, we only encourage our essential oils to be diffused and not ingested, because regardless of the purity or grade of the essential oil it must not be ingested without a prescription from a qualified medical professional and monitoring.
Can I use other brands of essential oils in the Ora diffuser?
It can definitely accept other essential oils. It is important to note that the nebulizing technology in the Ora diffuser requires the use of 100% pure and high graded, non-diluted essential oils for it to operate at its optimal capacity.
What size essential oil bottles can I use in the Ora diffuser?
You can attach either a 5ml, 10ml, 15ml or 20ml essential oil bottle.
Where are your essential oils made?
Our oils are sourced from reputable organic and ethical farmers from across the globe and then blended in sunny Perth, Western Australia by a certified Naturopath.
Ora Diffuser
I can't see a thick mist coming out of my Ora diffuser once I turn it on, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. The ORA diffuser was created to minimize the oil output while still supplying optimum aromatherapy results. Try holding it up to the sunlight as this is when you should be able to slightly see the fine nano mist coming out.
What size room will it cover?
The maximum diffusion area it can reach is up to 100sqm.
How long does it take to fully charge?
It takes around 6 hours to fully charge your Ora diffuser. Take note of the flashing red light above the charger point. Once that stops flashing it means it is fully charged.
What is the battery life of the Ora Diffuser?
Once fully charge the Ora diffusers battery life can last up to 72hours on the low-intensity setting, 20 hours on the medium-intensity setting and 10 hours on the high-intensity setting.
How do I keep it clean?
Simply wipe down the mirror surface and outer exterior with a soft damp microfibre cloth, making sure to not get any water near or into the charging point. Then wipe it again with a dry microfibre cloth to finish.
How do I unclog my Ora diffuser? I feel it is clogged and not diffusing the essential oils as well as it once was.
This can sometimes occur due to the density of the essential oil that you are using, the weather changes or over a long time period of use.

Please note that the Ora diffuser should not be used if the temperature is below 10c or over 40c as this can cause either the oils to thicken or the diffuser to overheat.
Is it meant to make a soft vibration sound?
Yes, this is meant to happen when the Ora diffuser disperses the essential oil into the air which becomes hardly noticeable over time.
Can I use the Ora diffuser while pregnant?
We advise that pregnant women and people who have hormone-related medical conditions should always talk to a medical professional before using essential oil diffusers.
Does this product have a warranty?
It has a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This does not include Ora diffusers that have been miss used, damaged or showing signs of clogging.

As we are a new business we currently ship to a select few countries* from Australia.

$19.99 FLAT-RATE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL any additional duties & taxes are payable by the customer. (Arrival within 7-21 Business days after dispatch)
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.
International Duties & Taxes
For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, Begin To Arrive is not liable to cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.
How do I track my order?
All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post. For international orders, your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery.
We will provide you with your tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please note that this can take up to 48 hours to become active.
All international parcels can be tracked through your local postal companies website once they have reached your country.

Begin To Arrive cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Begin To Arrive are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email hello@begintoarrive.com within 2 hours of making your purchase but the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will get back to you within business hours.

What currency is used on the Begin to Arrive website?
All orders on Begin to Arrive are processed in AUD.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hello@begintoarrive.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide us with your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
