Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.begintoarrive.com
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with any Begin to Arrive electrical products purchased from our website. This offer excludes essential oil products.
If you are not completely happy, simply return the item in the original packaging within 30-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your own cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned and in the same condition that you received it will be approved for a refund.
Once inspected, a full refund will be returned to your account within 7 days.

When will I get my money back?
Please allow 5-10 days for your returned funds to be available in your bank account. Refunds will only be processed once your return is inspected and approved.
Is there a warranty on your items?
Yes, every Begin to Arrive product is made to high standards and is thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers. However, if for any reason you feel your Begin to Arrive product is not performing as it should be then please email hello@begintoarrive.com with evidence of the fault.
A replacement or refund will be organised immediately. All Begin to Arrive electronic products now come with a 12 month warranty. To initiate a warranty replacement/refund, simply email us at hello@begintoarrive.com with the details below:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our essential oils. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
