Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Important: Products purchased during a sale are not covered by our 30-day return policy and cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Return:
To start a return, contact us at hello@begintoarrive.com. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including essential oils, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that any approved refund will not include the original postage cost if it was covered by Begin to Arrive. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
